Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vivix Design (the Netherlands) processes personal data in relation to WithdrawFlow, in accordance with the GDPR.
1. What we process
- Customer accounts: name, company name, email address, VAT number (optional) — to provide licenses, support and the customer portal.
- License data: license keys (hashed), the URLs of websites a license is activated on, plugin version — to enforce plan limits and deliver updates.
- Payments: processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. We do not receive or store card or bank details. See Paddle’s privacy policy for their processing.
- Support: emails you send to support@vivix.design.
2. What the plugin processes on your website
Withdrawal statements submitted by your customers (name, order number, email address, selected products, optional note, timestamp) are stored in your own WordPress database only. This data is never sent to us. You are the controller for this data; the plugin helps you by deleting completed requests automatically after a configurable retention period and by keeping personal data out of URLs.
3. Legal bases and retention
We process account and license data to perform our contract with you, and basic usage data (site URLs, plugin version) for our legitimate interest in license enforcement and support. Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 7 years afterwards where invoicing legislation requires it.
4. Processors and transfers
We use a limited set of processors: Paddle (payments and invoicing) and our EU-based hosting provider for api.vivix.design and app.vivix.design. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email support@vivix.design; we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
