Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Not satisfied with a new Pro purchase? Email support@vivix.design within 14 days of your first purchase and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked, though we appreciate hearing what fell short.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days after the renewal charge and the license has not been actively used after the renewal date. You can prevent renewals at any time by cancelling in the customer portal (app.vivix.design); your license then remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal), usually within 5–10 business days.
