It implements the withdrawal function of Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive: the labelled button, availability during the cooling-off period, the two-step confirmation and the timestamped receipt on a durable medium. Full compliance also depends on the rest of your shop information — keep the statutory model withdrawal form available too.
Does it work without WooCommerce?
Yes. That is exactly where WithdrawFlow differs from most alternatives. Without WooCommerce, customers fill in their details manually — ideal for services, courses, memberships and social selling.
