Terms of Service
These terms apply to the WithdrawFlow plugin and related services (“the Service”), provided by Vivix Design, established in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
WithdrawFlow is a WordPress plugin that implements the EU withdrawal function (Directive (EU) 2023/2673). The free version is licensed under the GPLv2 (or later). The Pro add-on is provided under a paid subscription license.
2. Licenses and subscriptions
- A Pro subscription grants a license key for use on the number of websites included in your plan (1, 5 or unlimited).
- Subscriptions run for one year and renew automatically, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time via the customer portal (app.vivix.design). After cancellation, Pro features and updates remain available until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
- Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rata); downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, VAT and invoicing. Paddle’s terms apply to the payment transaction.
4. Fair use and restrictions
- License keys are personal to your organisation and may not be resold or shared publicly.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Updates and support
Active subscriptions receive plugin updates and email support (support@vivix.design). We aim to respond within two business days.
6. No legal advice
WithdrawFlow implements the technical withdrawal function required by EU law. Using the plugin does not constitute legal advice and does not by itself guarantee full legal compliance of your shop, which also depends on your other shop information and processes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, including lost profit or data loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the customer portal or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
